These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ticker INVESTigator (the "Service"), operated by Elijah Charles Attlesperger, an individual doing business as Ticker INVESTigator ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Florida, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Ticker INVESTigator is an educational and informational research tool that analyzes publicly available financial data for individual stocks and displays growth grades, valuation estimates, composite scores, and related figures based on a defined scoring methodology. It also allows you to track a personal portfolio of holdings you enter yourself.
The Service does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing displayed by the Service — including grades, scores, valuations, projections, portfolio scores, or the "Buy," "Hold," or "Sell" style verdicts — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All figures are derived from historical data and a fixed mathematical model; they are not a forecast of future performance and are not personalized to your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before making them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at elijah.014@hotmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your account information accurate.
Financial data displayed by the Service is licensed from third-party data providers and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, calculation, or figure shown. Some content, including news summaries and earnings call summaries, is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies; it should be independently verified before you rely on it.
Ticker symbols and share counts you enter into the Portfolio feature remain yours. We store this data solely to provide the Portfolio feature back to you and do not sell it or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits, paywall, or access controls; scrape, systematically extract, or redistribute data or content from the Service for resale or republication; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation; or attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
The Service's software, design, branding, the Ticker INVESTigator name and logo, and the scoring methodology as implemented are owned by us. Financial data displayed within the Service is owned by our third-party data providers and is licensed for display within the Service only; you may not extract or redistribute it separately.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 6, 9, 11, and 12) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, in no event will Elijah Charles Attlesperger be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
